“I always knew I’d be running the company one day,” says second generation Princiotta Group CEO Joe Princiotta. By the age of 12, Joe was working right beside his father Tony , learning the art of building and the skills and trades that make it happen. . While completing university studies in Business Administration and Management, Joe continued to spend summers with Princiotta Group working as a carpenter and concrete former. After university, and a period of studies in Architectural Design, Joe took his first full time job with the federal government, to gain work experience outside the company. He rejoined Princiotta Group in 1986, starting out as an on-site foreman.

Like his father before him Joe Princiotta views ‘quality’ as the bedrock value of the Princiotta Group. But the ‘next-generation’ Ottawa-born CEO has adopted a holistic definition of quality that includes every aspect of the building experience, from design and planning, through environmentally aware site development, construction, finishing and long term client satisfaction.
“One of my skills is listening to people and translating their dreams into design requirements” says Joe Princiotta “When you’re building the kind of custom product we build, it’s all about making our customers happy .” Under Joe’s leadership Princiotta Group has won contracts to build some of the most impressive custom executive homes in the Ottawa region.
Joe Princiotta lives in South Ottawa in a new Princiotta Group-built custom home with his wife and three children.
